About Sawyer Koruba
Sawyer began taking Zoom lessons with us in the summer of 2020. Sawyer progressed through the basics quickly and was able to play some things at the chanter table within a few months. After lots of work, Sawyer became a Highlander in March 2022. In his short time with the band, he's grown and is already in his second kilt! Sawyer is currently playing a nice set of R.G. Hardie pipes donated to the Highlanders for use with students by the family of a former Ft. Dearborn Highlander.
